These Terms govern your use of Afrestory, provided by Molo AI (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using Afrestory, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Afrestory offers digital storybooks, narration, and interactive learning features in multiple languages via web and mobile apps.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in ZAR and may include VAT where applicable. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by app stores or payment partners.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew until cancelled through your app-store account or our website account settings.
• Trials (if offered) convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• See our Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.

5. User Content & Conduct

Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All Afrestory content (stories, illustrations, audio, software) is owned by Molo AI (Pty) Ltd or licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

7. AI & Accuracy

Certain features may be AI-assisted. Outputs can include errors. Please review before use.

8. Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support: support@moloai.com.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Gauteng.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
