Refund & Return Policy

Afrestory provides digital content (stories, audio, features) by Molo AI (Pty) Ltd. Digital delivery affects how refunds work compared to physical goods.

1. General principles

  • Where purchases are made via Apple App Store / Google Play, you may need to request refunds through the store’s refund process.
  • For website purchases, contact billing@moloai.com or support@moloai.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Subscriptions: Refunds within 7 days of purchase/renewal if the subscription has not been accessed in that period.
  • One-time purchases/credits: Refunds within 7 days if unused (no content accessed/downloaded).
  • Technical issues: If our system fails to deliver content and we cannot resolve promptly, we’ll refund the affected order.

3. Not refundable

  • Where content has been accessed, downloaded, or substantially used.
  • Promotional/trial periods already used.
  • Abuse or breach of Terms.

4. How to request

Email billing@moloai.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (provider timelines may vary).

5. Your legal rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
